All Food Vendors and Distributors:
There are certain guidelines that must be followed if you are giving away food or selling food. Please see the attached documents and if you have any questions please call Denise Talley at the City of Detroit Health Department at (313) 870-2729 or (313) 876-4503
Electricity:
There is an additional $75 plus tax cost for electricity so plese inform the expo office if you require electricity. For any questions regarding the electricity you should call the contractor at 248-788-7500.
Move In & Out times are as follows:
MOVE IN:
Friday, July 30, 2010 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
MOVE OUT:
By 6:30 pm on Sunday, August 1, 2010
Parking:
Friday, July 30, 2010 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm will be in Lot A (Only for set up of tent)
Friday, July 30, 2010 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm will be in Lot F (Near Mc Nichols Entrance)
Saturday, July 31 – August 1, 2010 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm will be in Lot B (Near Livernois Entrance)
